Step 1: Complete the appropriate application and attachments:

- Real Estate Continuing Education Application
- (must also hold a School License)
- Satellite Application
- School Application
- Traveling School Application
Step 2: Determine appropriate fees.
Step 3: Submit application and attachments by the deadline.
Step 4: Application will be reviewed by Board Staff.
Step 5: Any additional information needed will be requested by Board Staff.
Step 6: Application for Licensure will be reviewed by the Board.
Step 7: If approved, a License will be sent by mail.
